I have more questions about the platform. How do I contact Support?

In the platform, you have three columns to the left of the screen:

– Help
– Support
– Mail

If you have questions about our platform, you can contact our live support or get in touch by email. The “help” link will lead you to our weekly online trainings where you can choose a date and time and enroll for participation. We offer weekly online trainings for all level of users, from beginners to experts.

How do I change my password?

If you forgot your password, just click on the «Forgot Password» button on the screen during the log in process:

Here, you can see further instructions for changing your password. You just need to enter your email address:

Then you will receive an email with a link to reset your password:

Click on the link in the email and enter your email and your new password in the next dialog:

After clicking on “Reset Password”, your password will be updated and you can log into the Quantum Terminal with your new credentials.

What devices can I access Quantum on?

Quantum is fully functional on PC, Mac and Linux operating systems. To have the best performance with Quantum, we recommend that you use the most recently released version of your preferred browser choice. Quantum is fully functional on the most popular browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari.

Who Can See My Searches?

Only you can do this. That is, there is no-one who can look at your searches, save people who have access to your account. Quantum does not record your searches to anywhere outside of your own username. If you give your details to someone else, or you share access, then they will be able to see the information that you shared with them.

Which browsers are compatible with Quantum?

For the best user experience, we recommend launching Quantum within Google Chrome if possible. If you are not able to use Chrome; Safari, Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer version 11 and above are all supported.

I want to change the email address that I use to login into Quantum. Is this possible?

Yes, this is possible. You can change the email address or swap it to someone else at any time. We can offer to set up a fresh account, or simply change the email address associated, allowing you to keep all of your workspaces and history. Just submit a ticket or email to our support team to request a change!
